The course includes a guided meditation CD for home practice.
We will be looking at:-
- How to set your energy for the day: choose to feel energized, clear and positive
- How to be clear, calm and focused in 30 seconds
- How to be in the moment
- Be comfortable in any environment, no matter how stressful
- Overcome anxiety
This course is suitable if you have found meditation difficult in the past; are looking to still an over-busy mind; would like to develop your ability to deal with stressful people or situations, looking for clarity and perspective in your busy life, or are simply looking for a deeper connection with your Self.
Our Meditation style may be different from you’d expect!
There’s no lotus position (you’re comfortably seated), no eastern mysticism or incense.
