Kundalini is a life-force of spirit – a powerful energy that transforms the body to a higher vibration.
You may have read about Kundalini in Elizabeth Gilbert’s best- selling book “Eat Pray Love”, where she describes the traditional, Eastern idea that arousing this powerful energy can only happen after much discipline, discomfort and countless hours of rigid meditation practice. It is the goal of Eastern meditation to bring this energy to conscious awareness and the ability to run it is seen in this philosophy as the sign of an ‘awakened soul’ or fully conscious being, a state attained by very few seekers.
This is not the case! Firstly, successful meditation does not require difficult, uncomfortable body positions; turning away from the world; giving up any foods, activities or ways of thinking.
Successful meditation which leads to clarity of thinking, peace of mind, relaxation and freedom from anxiety is not a religious practice and does not rely on rituals, belief in a god or gods, incense burning or purification of any kind!
This one-day advanced meditation workshop will demystify and help you understand the nature of Kundalini. Techniques will be introduced to enable you to ‘turn on’ your Kundalini energy safely.
We will explain the relationship of sexuality and Kundalini, which is often misunderstood.
You will learn about:
- Healing physical problems
- Running Kundalini energy
- Bringing your body to an ‘awakened state’
- Heightening your spiritual perspective & creativity
- Grounding your energy
- Using your untapped clairvoyance abilities using Kundalini
